A few plain terms before we begin.

开始之前，几条简单的约定。

Approval, piece by piece. Each finished piece is photographed and emailed to you. We continue once you approve, or after three days without a reply.

逐件确认。每完成一件都会拍照发到你的邮箱。你确认后继续；三天内未回复，默认继续制作。

Deposit. US$140 secures your place. It becomes non-refundable once cutting begins.

订金。US$140 为你排上工期。开始裁剪后订金不退。

Fit. If we made a mistake, we remake it. If a measurement was taken wrongly, alterations are quoted.

合身。如因我们出错，我们负责重做；如因尺寸测量有误，修改另行报价。

Nothing is charged today.

How long does it take?需要多久？

About a month from your deposit to dispatch, depending on how quickly you approve each piece. Shipping time depends on your country.

从付订金到发货约一个月，取决于你确认每一件的速度。运输时间视国家而定。

What if my measurements are off?尺寸量错了怎么办？

We check every set by hand before cutting and will ask if something looks unusual. You approve each piece as it is finished, so problems are caught early.

裁剪前我们会人工核对每组尺寸，有异常会先问你。每一件完成后都要经你确认，问题能尽早发现。

How do I pay?怎么付款？

By card through a secure payment link we email you: US$140 to begin, and the balance before shipping. Prices are in US dollars.

通过邮件发送的安全支付链接刷卡付款：先付 US$140 订金，发货前付尾款。价格以美元计。

Will I pay import duties?需要缴纳进口关税吗？

Some countries charge duties on delivery. They are set by your country and paid by the buyer.

Can I order something not shown?可以定制没有展示的款式吗？

Yes. All nine designs and Ink & Snow can be made to measure. For fully custom costume, see Film & Stage.
